Our system is basic 4-8 males consulting with an older, better mentor for 3 hours once a month for 9-12 months. Monthly, the group reads a carefully chosen book, remembers 1-2 pertinent Scriptures, completes regular monthly tasks designed to assist them become better other halves, daddies, leaders and Jesus-followers, satisfies one-on-one with another member of the group to build relationships, and devotes to wish the group and their mentor.
